Cancellation and refund policy-

Online Japanese Language courses
Cancellation of Online Japanese Language courses(all online course)  is allowed up to 2 days after the class starts.

For example; if Online Japanese courses  classes start July 11th 2021, then you can cancel the course on or before July 12th 2021.You should inform us about cancellation through email or phone. We will send you a cancellation confirmation email.

If you cancel Online Japanese courses  in the allowed time period, all course fees will be refunded to your account or credit card after deducting the payment processing fee(Which 4-7% of total amount) .

Dual country Japanese Language(DCJL) Course
DCJL Course offers Japanese study in our school for five month online and for 1 or 2 year through our school or our partner school in Japan. The cancellation and refund policy differ according to 5-month(online) study in our school and 1 or 2 year study in Japan

DCJL Course have 2 policies for cancellation and refund according to your online study in our school and in our school (or partner )school in Japan.

1.DCJL Course cancellation and refund policy for 5 month online study in Japanese Trainers
Cancellation of DCJL Course 5 month online study is allowed up to 2 days after the class  starts.

For example; if  DCJL Course online class starts July 21st 2021, then you can cancel the DCJL Course online class on or before July 22th 2021.You should inform us about cancellation through email or phone. We will send you a cancellation confirmation email.

If you cancel a DCJL Course  in the allowed time period, all course fees will be refunded to your account or credit card after deducting the payment processing fee(Which 4-7% of total amount) .

In case if you cancel the 5 month online study a after 2 days after the class starts, no fee will be refunded.

2.DCJL course cancellation and refund policy of your study through our partner school in Japan (1 or 2 year)
DCJL course cancellation and refund policy of your class in Japan (1-2 year) will be applicable only to those who are eligible for our visa sponsorship through our DCJL course and who made a payment to our head account which is Nihon Gakko Private Limited(Nihon Gakko Pvt.Ltd).

Only to those who are eligible for our visa sponsorship through our DCJL course, need to pay Application and visa processing.Only those who got VISA stamped in passport need to pay tuition fee for your study in Japan.

DCJL course cancellation and refund policy of your class in Japan (1-2 year) will be applicable only to those who made a payment for ‘Application and visa processing fee as well as tuition fee in Japan through our parent company account which is Nihon Gakko Private Limited(Nihon Gakko Pvt.Ltd).

Cancellation of DCJL Course study( 1 or 2 year) in Japan is allowed.You can cancel your study in Japan on or before the starting date of our class in Japan.

If you cancel a DCJL course study in Japan on or before the starting date of our class in Japan(After you get your Visa, before you travel to Japan), All tuition fees which you paid for your study in Japan, will be refunded to your Bank account. Application and visa processing fee will not refund. If you pay tuition fee for your study in Japan to our Head account at India, 100% tuition fee will be refunded. If you pay directly to Japan to our school account in Japan or in our Partner school account, International Bank Transfer Fees will be deducted from your tuition fee.Remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

If you cancel a DCJL course study in Japan after we apply for your VISA related certificates(Before getting your Visa), Application and visa processing fee will not refund. If you already paid tuition fee for your study in Japan to our Head account at India, 100% tuition fee will be refunded. If you pay directly to Japan to our school account in Japan or in our Partner school account, International Bank Transfer Fees will be deducted from your tuition fee.Remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

We will send a written document about our cancellation and refund policy and fee structure for your study in Japan (1 or 2 year) for those who are eligible for our visa sponsorship through the DCJL course. Please refer to the written document about  our cancellation and refund policy for details.
