The Japanese Trainers(JT) collects personal information depending on class you joined or the service you requested.

• The Contact-us form requires contact information such as name, mailing address, and e-mail address. We use registered information to create your account and offer Japanese Trainers(JT) service. We automatically collect the date and time that you access our Services. Depending on the settings of your computer or mobile device (“Device”), we also automatically collect: Internet Protocol (IP) address; MAC address; Device make, model, and operating system version; mobile network information; Internet service provider; browser type and language; country and time zone in which the Device is located; and metadata stored on the Device.
• Japanese Trainers(JT) do not process or store your credit/debit card information. Instead, we engage third-party payment card processors to collect and process credit/debit card payments. 
• We also use Google Analytic, which is a Google service that collects aggregate information about use of the Services and reports website trends. Google Analytic does not directly identify individual users.

How We Share Information

Japanese Trainers(JT) do not share any of the student/job seekers information with any third party. We will not share student/job seekers information among Japanese Traines employees . But the officer who is in charge of you may access only required information to carry out their duty. For example the officer who is responsible for sending email may access your email address and get in touch with you through email

Applicable law by country may require us and our service providers to disclose your information in case of any legal process.

How Japanese Trainers(JT) protect your information 

Japanese Trainers(JT) use Technical, physical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, theft, and loss. We restrict access to your information only to those employees who need to know that information to perform their job functions. We don’t share your contact information with other clients/partners or with any third party.
