You can take admission at our school at India complete our 3~5 month classes and continue your study at Japan and collect your certificate from our school at Japan.

In our DCJL course, we teach 5 month lesson(3 month for fast track attending student) through live online classes in our DCJL course. After you completed online course, you will be transfer to our school at Japan for continue your Japanese study with part-time workpermit. You need not to take any other admission through our DCJL course to travel to Japan and continue your study at Japan.

Student those who are attending Monday to Friday classes need to attend only 3 month Classes. Student those who are attending3 days class per week, need to attend 5 month classes. Total tuition fee will be same in both cases. Classes will be both Private (One teacher takes classes for one student) as well as group lesson during the 5/3 month classes at India. Student those who never lean Japanese before, can take direct admission to DCJL Course. Admission to DCJL course is allowed only after face to face online interview with Student. Please note that we sponsor Visa with a part-time work permit only for our DCJL students. Only those who complete at least 3 or 5 month DCJL course will be consider for our VISA sponsorship program. Dual Country Japanese Language course (DCJL - Study abroad) is a Japanese language course. In this course you will study the Japanese language for 3(or 5) month online through our school and 6 months to 2 year at our (or partner) school in Japan.

Japanese Trainers will sponsor your visa for your study in Japan for a maximum period of 2 year. You can do part-time job and earn money and work expereince in Japan during our DCJS Course period in Japan

After 5 month(3 month for those who attend 5 days class per week) DCJL class you can travel to Japan and continue study Japanese at our school in Japan

During your study period in Japan, you can do a part-time job. Part-time work is allowed only after class hours on weekdays. You can work any hour on weekends and during your vacation(holiday, saturday and sunday). Joining our course only for doing part-time jobs in Japan is strictly prohibited. The main intention or your goal of joining our course must be learning Japanese.

Japanese Trainers' staff in Japan support all our DCJL course students for finding part-time jobs in Japan during your study period in Japan. From the day you reach Japan, our staff help you to start working as a part-time employee.

The DCJL course is perfect for those who want to learn Japanese(Intermediate, Advanced and Very advanced Level) in Japan and earn money through a part-time job. You can participate in a job interview and choose a full-time job at any time during our course.You can change your part-time job to full-time Job during or after your Japanese study period in Japan. Age limit We have two different age limit for joining DCJL course
for students who join for Higher Study(After DCJL) in Japan: 1)Age limit for candidate who join for the purpose of higher study in university at Japan after Japanese Langauage study at Our school in Japan*You must be 18 years old or above and below 24 years old at the time we submit your visa application document. 2)Age limit for Job seekers (Fresh Graduate/Job Seekers/Professionals - Those who want to get full time job after study Japanese at Our school) *You must be 18 years old or above and below 32 years old at the time we submit your visa application document.
*Age limit for Experienced Professionals who join for getting a full time job in Japan: We are allowing the experienced Professionals(IT, Automobile etc ) to join our course even if you are above the given age limit. Please email us or consult with us regarding the upper age limit.

*Those who are currently doing Higher Secondary/Secondary education (10th, +1, +2 ) can join and start to attend our DCJL 5 month online classes. In this case your Visa processing we start only after you passed +2 Those who want get admission in MBBS in Japan, please join DCJL course during your +1 or +2 study period to continue study in japan soon after you pass +2. (Those who are below 10th class, cannot join DCJL class)

All students( Higher Study, Job seekers, Professionals) who join our DCJL course, will be grated part-time work permit during your DCJL study period in Japan you an work part-time and get your salary to your bank account in Japan). We will support part-time job placement all to our DCJL students. Our part-time job placement service is limited to only for DCJL students/job seekers. The fee will vary according the year and batch. Those who qualify for our visa sponsorship will get a written document regarding the tuition fee payment in Japan. You(or your parents/guardians/financial sponsor) need to agree and sign in our tuition fee before we process your visa applications.The Minimum Visa duration will be 1 year even if you choose only 6 month to study in Japan in our DCJL course. As we stated before, You need to pay tuition fees for your study in Japan only after your visa gets stamped in your passport.

❉Application and Visa Processing Fee is a one time payment, those who apply for 6month or 2 year this amount will be the same. If you apply for 1 year study in Japan and decide to extend your study 1 more year in Japan, no need to pay the application and visa processing fee again. All the documents and certificates need to be translated to Japanese. We will be doing all translation services for our students. We will hand over the translated document to students also. Students are supposed to keep both original and translated documents in hand

✴You (or your parents/guardians/financial sponsor) need to state that the respective person will be responsible for paying tuition fees in Japan. Signature required from parents/guardians/financial sponsor.
✲You or your Gardien (parents/ or your financial sponsor) need to show that you have enough bank balance to support your study and living expenses in Japan. You can do part-time work and earn money in Japan during our course. We need to apply for your visa before you travel to Japan. So your future income in Japan will not count as income during your visa processing.

Visa processing time takes 3-6 months. So we recomment to submitt supporting documents soon after you start a 3 month online class.

N.B The VISA processing time will take 3-6 month. We recommend you to join our DCJL Country Japanese Language (DCJL) Course as soon as possible early. If your visa processing time takes more than 3 month, you can continue studying Japanese in our school until you reach Japan.You don't need to pay any tuition fee for additional study in our school. We want to make sure that you can speak Japanese, which is required for your part-time work and live in Japan. So you need to complete 5 month online study through our school before we start your visa sponsorship process.

DCJL Course Admission and Visa Sponsorship Procedure

Register for DCJL Course through Japanese Trainers' website or phone.
We will contact you through phone or email and make a brief check about your purpose of joining our Dual Country Japanese Language course. We will make a brief check(but not final check) whether you meet our visa sponsorship eligibility criteria. There will be an interview and you should prove that you are able to live and study in Japan. Those who want to visit our office and complete admission procedures need to take appointment, before visit office.
We will send you an application form, which you need to fill and return to us.
Once we recived the application form and if data are fine, we will request you to pay first month tuition ₹ 3,600.00 of your 3 month online class through our school.
In the second month of DCJL Course, you need to submit supporting documents for your visa sponsorship . The documents are education(+2 passed Certificate/ graduation Certificat copy or and your latest education certificate copy) , identification(personal identification document/address proof copy) and bank documents(bank statements which show you have enough bank balance for supporting your study in Japan). Income Proof dcouments - copy. We may ask you other related document, if the first document you submitted are not enough
You need to pass the Japanese language test which is conducted by our school in the 3rd month of your online class. Only those who pass our Japanese language test are eligible for visa sponsorship. Japanese Trainers will be accountable for your study in Japan. So we want to make sure you can live in Japan smoothly using the Japanese language without causing any trouble in their part-time job or in school.
If the visa sponsorship supporting documents(which you submitted) are accepted by our school and you pass our Japanese language ability test , you will be eligible for our visa sponsorship through our DCJL course
If your documents are not eligible for our visa sponsorship or you cannot pass our Japanese language test , then you cannot continue your study in Japan through our DCJL course. Your DCJL course will end in 3 month online class.Tuition fee you paid will not be refunded.
Those who are eligible for our visa sponsorship , you will be requested to pay a Application and Immigration document Prepartion Fee.Application and Immigration document Prepartion Fee will be refundble until the day we submit your document to Immigration Bureau of Japan. Once we submitted the doucment fee will not refund.
Japanese Trainers or our partner school in Japan, will be preparing your visa application cretificates(COE) and apply at Immigration Bureau of Japan in Japan along with your supporting document.
✲Immigration Bureau of Japan will take 2~3 month for document process. The result of COE application will announce by Japanese Trainers. Japanese Trainers has 100% COE application success rate. However this many not be for all students case. Immigration Bureau of Japan has right to accept or reject student's application for travel to Japan. Only those student's applications approved by Immigration Bureau of Japan will be able eligible for our visa sponsorship and can continue your study in Japan.In case of COE is not granted by Immigration Bureau of Japan, Japanese Trainers will re-apply maximum 2 time.
At your nearest Embassy of Japan in India, you need submit your visa applications along with nessary certificates(COE, Admission Letter) we provide from our school. Visa will be printed in your passport from Embassy of Japan in India. Please note down that Japanese Trainers or its partners school will not collect or carry your passport.
✲Once VISA is granted, We will request you to pay the tuition fee for your study in Japan. Tuition fee will be refundable until the day you travel to Japan, according to the refund policy of school. You will get a sepreate notification regarding refund policy.After payment of tuition fee in Japan you can travel to Japan.
Japanese Trainers' student coordinator and our old/current students will pick you from the airport and accompany you to school or hostel in Japan. Need to follow the Covid-19 travel guidance
Attend class from 9:30 to 13:30 in Japan. After your class, you are free to do your part-time Job. Our School(And our Partner School) will schedule class in accordance with you getting enough time for your part-time work .

✲Immigration Bureau of Japan in Japan and Embassy of Japan in India have right to accept or reject your Immigration/Visa applications. The decisions are not questionable by any other organization or individuals.

We also collect necessary documents from your parents or guardians who are responsible for your tuition fee expenses in Japan. Those who pay your tuition fee from their own income, we will not collect documents from Parents/guardians.
