Cancellation and refund policy of ‘Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course or Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course’ Course

Cancellation of  above course  is allowed any time during your course period.

If you cancel ‘Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course or Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course’  until 2 days from the training started date, all course fees will be refunded to your account or credit card after deducting the transactions processing fee (Which 4-7% of total amount) .

If you cancel ‘Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course or Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course’after 2 days from the class started date, no fee will be refunded.

Cancellation and refund policy of Dual country Japanese Language (DCJL) Course

Cancellation of DCJL course/Training in India and Japan is allowed any time during your study period in India or in Japan.

The cancellation and refund policy of DCJL for your training in India is same as stated above under the heading ‘Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course or Study in Japan preparation – Weekend course’.

Cancellation and refund policy of DCJL of your study through our Training college  in Japan (2 year)

DCJL course cancellation and refund policy of your class in Japan (2 year) will be applicable only to those who paid “Application/Translations/Processing and Service Fee” .

“Application/Translations/Processing and Service Fee” will be refunded(100%) until the day we send your application to immigration Bureau of Japan.

From the day we send your application to immigration Bureau of Japan, “Application/Translations/Processing and Service Fee” will not be refunded. We will notify each student before we send your application to immigration Bureau of Japan.

If you cancel DCJL course (Study in Japan)after reaching Japan, tuition fee will not be return. In other words tuition fee will be non refundable after reaching Japan.

If you cancel a DCJL course study in Japan before you reach in Japan, all tuition fees you paid for your study in Japan will be refunded to your Bank account.

If you pay tuition fee for your study in Japan to our Head account at India, 100% tuition fee will be refunded.

If you pay directly to Japan to our school account in Japan or in our Partner school account, International Bank Transfer Fees will be deducted from your tuition fee. Remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

We will send a written document about our cancellation and refund policy and fee structure for your study in Japan prior to payment of  ‘Application/Translations/Processing and Service Fee’. You or your parents/Guardian in India need to put signature in the written document of our ‘cancellation and refund policy’ and ‘tuition fee amount and other details  documents’ prior to your payment of ‘Application/Translations/Processing and Service Fee’.
