DCJL course Admission Min.Qualifications: *Passed +2 (Higher Secondary or above) and those who can submit supporting documents(listed above of this page) for your visa sponsorship on or before 5th month of your online class) can join this course.
Age limit We have two different age limit for joining DCJL course
for students who join for Higher Study(After DCJL) in Japan: 1)Age limit for candidate who join for the purpose of higher study in university at Japan after Japanese Langauage study at Our school in Japan*You must be 18 years old or above and below 24 years old at the time we submit your visa application document. 2)Age limit for Job seekers (Fresh Graduate/Job Seekers/Professionals - Those who want to get full time job after study Japanese at Our school) *You must be 18 years old or above and below 32 years old at the time we submit your visa application document.
*Age limit for Experienced Professionals who join for getting a full time job in Japan: We are allowing the experienced Professionals(IT, Automobile etc ) to join our course even if you are above the given age limit. Please email us or consult with us regarding the upper age limit.
*Those who are currently doing Higher Secondary/Secondary education +2 ) can join and start to attend our DCJL classes. In this case your Visa processing we start only after you passed +2 Those who want get admission in MBBS in Japan, please join DCJL course during your +1 or +2 study period to continue study in japan soon after you pass +2. (Those who are below 10th class, cannot join DCJL class)
What is DCJL Course?DCJL Course is a Japanese Language Training program. In this course you will take training related to Japanese language, Japanese Culture and Japanese work environment in 3 month. After completions of training, we transfer you to Japan for 2-year Japanese Langue Study.

You will be learning Japanese along with other foreign students from USA, UK, Australia and Sounth Korea in Japan
Please note that only those who qualify for our visa sponsorship will be able to continue studying in Japan. Students who have all supporting documents, and completed our 5 month online class will be qualified for visa sponsorship through our (or partner) school. Usually all students who Join DCJL course are qualified. You need NOT to pay tuition fees for your study in Japan until you get a visa stamped in your passport.
All DCJL students, who qualify for visa sponsorship, need to pay an application fee and VISA processing fee in advance. It will be before we send your papers to Immigration in Japan (2nd or 5th month of your online class - according to the time- Spring, or Autumn batch you travel to japan) .

per month!!!.Options are available to pay your second semester tuition fee from your part-time job salary. Joining DCJL Course only for part-time job willnot be allowed.
- Class time is 4 hour per day Monday to Friday in Japan. You can do your part-time job after class hour in Japan. There will be winter break 10-15 days, summer break 20-30 days and autumn break 15 days. You can do part-time job on holiday also through our DCJL course in Japan.
- Students/Jobseekers those who are willing to do part-time job any of following filed Nursing Care, Electric, Electronics and Information Industries(IT),Aviation Industry,Accommodation Industry(Hotel),Food Service (Restaurants) Construction Industry, Shipbuilding, Automobile Repair and Maintenance ,Agriculture, Fishery ,Food & Beverages can easily convert student visa to job visa during DCJL study period itself. Japanese Trainers staff in japan will assist for part-time job palcement in above industry
- We have an expert team to deal with paperwork from India and Japan. Most of the school in Japan is not able to handle the paper work of student from India. We have the specialized staff to deal with your paperwork and translation of document. During our 5 month online class duration, we prepare your document and send to Immigrations for visa sponsorship.
- Bank Loan support available for DCJL students for your study in Japan. We provide necessary documents to your bank from Japan. Bank Loan support from banks in Japan(0% interest) will be available after you reach Japan.

All the documents and certificates need to be translated to Japanese. We will be doing all translation services for our students. We will hand over the translated document to students also. Students are supposed to keep both original and translated documents in hand
✲You or your Gardien (parents/ or your financial sponsor) need to show that you have enough bank balance to support your study and living expenses in Japan. You can do part-time work and earn money in Japan during our course. We need to apply for your visa before you travel to Japan. So your future income in Japan will not count as income during your visa processing.
✺Those who don't have income proof statements, such as Self employed people(Including Farmers) need to state income in the given format. We will provide the format

DCJL Course Admission and Visa Sponsorship Procedure
- Register for DCJL Course through Japanese Trainers' website or phone.
- We will contact you through phone or email and make a brief check about your purpose of joining our Dual Country Japanese Language course. We will make a brief check(but not final check) whether you meet our visa sponsorship eligibility criteria. There will be an interview and you should prove that you are able to live and study in Japan. Those who want to visit our office and complete admission procedures need to take appointment, before visit office.
- We will send you an application form, which you need to fill and return to us.
- Once we recived the application form and if data are fine, we will request you to pay first month tuition ₹ 5,000.00 of your 3 month online class through our school.
- In the second month of DCJL Course, you need to submit supporting documents for your visa sponsorship . The documents are education(+2 passed Certificate/ graduation Certificat copy or and your latest education certificate copy) , identification(personal identification document/address proof copy) and bank documents(bank statements which show you have enough bank balance for supporting your study in Japan). Income Proof dcouments - copy. We may ask you other related document, if the first document you submitted are not enough
- You need to pass the Japanese language test which is conducted by our school in the 3rd month of your online class. Only those who pass our Japanese language test are eligible for visa sponsorship. Japanese Trainers will be accountable for your study in Japan. So we want to make sure you can live in Japan smoothly using the Japanese language without causing any trouble in their part-time job or in school.
- If the visa sponsorship supporting documents(which you submitted) are accepted by our school and you pass our Japanese language ability test , you will be eligible for our visa sponsorship through our DCJL course
- If your documents are not eligible for our visa sponsorship or you cannot pass our Japanese language test , then you cannot continue your study in Japan through our DCJL course. Your DCJL course will end in 3 month online class.Tuition fee you paid will not be refunded.
- Those who are eligible for our visa sponsorship , you will be requested to pay a Application and Immigration document Prepartion Fee.Application and Immigration document Prepartion Fee will be refundble until the day we submit your document to Immigration Bureau of Japan. Once we submitted the doucment fee will not refund.
- Japanese Trainers or our partner school in Japan, will be preparing your visa application cretificates(COE) and apply at Immigration Bureau of Japan in Japan along with your supporting document.
- ✲Immigration Bureau of Japan will take 2~3 month for document process. The result of COE application will announce by Japanese Trainers. Japanese Trainers has 100% COE application success rate. However this many not be for all students case. Immigration Bureau of Japan has right to accept or reject student's application for travel to Japan. Only those student's applications approved by Immigration Bureau of Japan will be able eligible for our visa sponsorship and can continue your study in Japan.In case of COE is not granted by Immigration Bureau of Japan, Japanese Trainers will re-apply maximum 2 time.
- At your nearest Embassy of Japan in India, you need submit your visa applications along with nessary certificates(COE, Admission Letter) we provide from our school. Visa will be printed in your passport from Embassy of Japan in India. Please note down that Japanese Trainers or its partners school will not collect or carry your passport.
- ✲Once VISA is granted, We will request you to pay the tuition fee for your study in Japan. Tuition fee will be refundable until the day you travel to Japan, according to the refund policy of school. You will get a sepreate notification regarding refund policy.After payment of tuition fee in Japan you can travel to Japan.
- Japanese Trainers' student coordinator and our old/current students will pick you from the airport and accompany you to school or hostel in Japan. Need to follow the Covid-19 travel guidance
- Attend class from 9:30 to 13:30 in Japan. After your class, you are free to do your part-time Job. Our School(And our Partner School) will schedule class in accordance with you getting enough time for your part-time work .
✲Immigration Bureau of Japan in Japan and Embassy of Japan in India have right to accept or reject your Immigration/Visa applications. The decisions are not questionable by any other organization or individuals.

- Admission to DCJL Class is limited with interviews (and/or counseling) and document verification.Only students who passed our interview and document verifications will be admitted to our DCJL course
- We also collect necessary documents from your parents or guardians who are responsible for your tuition fee expenses in Japan. Those who pay your tuition fee from their own income, we will not collect documents from Parents/guardians.

- We provide visa sponsorship only to those who qualified for visa sponsorship during your 5 month class. Qualified people are 1) Those who passed your +2 education.2)Those who have passport 3) Those who achieved Japanese basic conversation skill through our 5 month online class.(We conduct short exam and interview for test your Japanese language ability) . 4) Those who have enough bank balance to support your study and daily life in Japan.5) Those who submitted all supporting document which we listed in this page. Only those who qualify for our sponsorship need to pay application and visa processing or tuition fees in Japan.
- Only those who got a visa during our 5 month online class (or after that) can continue study in Japan.
- Dual country Japanese Language course (DCJL) does not guarantee or offer any part-time or full time job in our Course in Japan or in India.Japanese Trainers don't offer any Employment service in India or in Japan. Our staff in Japan support and assist you for your part-time job placement from the 1st day you reach in Japan and full-time job placement after you complete at least 1year study in Japan

- Japanese Trainers do not accept cash payment for our admission to DCJL course through any individual or person. All payment is limited through a bank account. Please don't make any cash payment to any individual/person on behalf of Japanese Trainers.
